We like to keep it simple, we don't use jargon, and we love hearing your ideas and turning them into a reality.

I have a computer and some photo apps, why do I need to use a graphic design company?

Your branding and marketing materials are often the first point of contact with future consumers or clients. If you produce your own marketing materials, you risk appearing unprofessional resulting in loss of potential customers, loss of revenue,  loss of guests at your big event, or your presentation tanks because you lost your audience. Design is communication.   Your communication materials need to convey the right message. A Graphic Design Agency will produce marketing materials that will help to impress upon potential customers the professionalism of your company and the service you offer. 

What are your payment terms?

To reserve your place in our calendar, an initial 30% payment of the total invoice is required. The second payment is required at the beginning of the project of 35% and the remaining payment of 35%, is required at project completion.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payment in the form of cash, credit card, or electronic transfer.

What design services do you provide?

We design everything from logos to PowerPoint templates, conference collateral, surface design and more. Please contact us to discuss your project and design requirements.

How does the design process work, from my initial inquiry, to completion of the job?

We start all projects by thoroughly discussing the details of the project with you. This allows us to establish the specific requirements for your project, called the Design Brief.  Then we begin work on your project, by researching ideas, which we call the  Discovery Phase.  From there, we present our initial design concept with you. We work with you to complete revisions so you can mold your design. All our clients have access to our Design Portal which will keep you updated throughout the design process. By logging in, you will see  exactly where your project is up to, which actions have been completed, and the next steps to completion. This also keeps your project on time.  Lastly, your final files are transferred to you.

How will I receive the finished design?

Once we have received the final payment, we will supply all electronic files on via an online sharing platform such as Dropbox. For print jobs, you will also receive high resolution PDFs, which can be taken to a printer of your choice.

Will I be able to update these files on my computer?

Unless you use computer with the relevant software, you will not be able to view the working files or make alterations.  You will, however, be able to view and use the flat files, which will be transferred to you at the completion of the project.

Who owns the copyright for the designs you produce?

Copyright for all logo work carried out by CreatEve Design transfers to the client as soon as the balance has been settled in full. We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes. Artwork and Art  Licensing is determined on a case by case basis, as we like to find the best ways to work with our clients. 

I need something that needs designing yesterday, is this possible?

Sometimes our clients require our design services at very short notice. We can usually accommodate rush jobs depending on the size of the project and how full our production schedule is. These jobs are  subjected to an additional charge on the flat hourly rate.
